We ensure that your project will exist in harmony with the natural surroundings. We also ensure that the land and the environment of the developed project will have a positive impact on human life.
Due Diligence
We make sure that zoning is in accordance with the developer’s intention. We secure title to the property and register it at the National Registry. We apply for the myriad of permits mandated by various governmental agencies.
Development Management We coordinate the professionals who work on the project, including the architects, builders, trades, environmentalists, governmental organizations, natural resources management, interior and landscape designers. We direct their work on your behalf.
