We create the buzz, the excitement, about your project. We design and disseminate marketing materials, and plan and execute selling opportunities.
Pre-Sales
We educate prospects and invite them to visit the property. ZenRem’s sales organization, Blue White Properties, staffs the sales office and addresses all sales-related issues.

We produce a media campaign lasting two to three months. We target the desired buyer population in the United States, Canada and Europe.
Auctions
Invitation-only auctions are a proven, successful way to sell units for more than the asking price. With our affiliation with a leading auction house in the United States, we invite qualified VIPs to attend our star-studded events and to bid on your property.
Event Organization
We create events that are buying opportunities for the invited targeted market. In addition to invitation-only VIP auctions, we plan informational seminars and parties at golf and country clubs, and in high society clubs.
Marketing Tools
