Henry S. Hirsch, Creative Director
Hailing from Australia where he began his career, Henry specializes in developing real estate in tropical environments while respecting their biodiversity. In fact, Henry came to Costa Rica, the land of rainforests and microclimates, to be involved in the development of hotels and residential communities. He helps clients design a concept destination, i.e., a residential, commercial and/or resort property where a targeted population wants to live or visit. He executes the marketing plan and direction.
Edward C. L. Tyrrell, Director of Business Development
A South African by birth with a background in online marketing and financial analysis, Edward has been working in this Central American land of opportunity since 2000. He listens to the needs of developers who want to build residential, commercial or resort properties anywhere in Costa Rica, then he presents a marketing plan to satisfy those needs.
